This course is designed to help you reduce your stress. There are actually many, many ways to reduce our stress. For this course, I focus on five ways that will quickly turn that stress response around.

As entrepreneurs, we need to be at our best every day. Being stressed out can prevent this.

Reducing our stress will enable us to:

  • Think clearly.
  • Make better decisions.
  • React calmly.
  • Be creative - to come up with new ideas.
  • Plan effectively.
  • And allow us to access our own inner wisdom.
There are six lessons and a few bonuses. Work at your own pace. You’ll also find a PDF at the end which is a transcript of the lessons.
